PAYMENT

DELIVERY

Alpargatasamplona.com sends its products by NACEX. The delivery periods are 3 to 4 days for dispatches within Spain and 5 to 8 days for international dispatches. The products will be sent to the address that you have stated on the order; it is very important to give the exact address when filling in the customer details as if the address is incorrect we cannot deliver.

The customer must undertake to give the exact address and to facilitate delivery of the order. Failure to comply with this obligation exempts Alpargataspamplona.com from any responsibility for delayed delivery or the impossibility of delivering the product ordered.
If any problem arises during the process of sending your order we will contact you.

Postage and packing will not be included in the prices given on the website, but if they are given before the completion of the purchase the cost will vary according to the address for sending each order. The postage and packing will be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

Alpargataspamplona.com accepts returns within the 7 days following the reception of your order (Law 7/1996 of 15th January on Retail Trade Regulation). The return costs will be paid by the customer. To return the product, fill in our return form and e-mail it to info@alpargataspamplona.com

To exercise your right to return products, the latter must meet the following requirements:

  • They must not have been used
  • They must retain their original labelling
  • They must be in their complete and undamaged original packaging
  • They must be received by Alpargataspamplona.com within 15 days after the reception date

Returns must be requested by duly filling in our on-line return form and sending us the product together with a copy of the invoice issued by SARA REMON JIMENEZ DE MIL COLORES.
Once the package has been received it will be examined to check whether it complies with the above requirements.
The initial postage and packing costs will only be paid if the return is due to a mistake by ALPARGATASPAMPLONA.COM as to the sizes requested or owing to a manufacturing defect of the product.

REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID

Refunds will be paid by the means of payment that was used for the purchase. Alpargataspamplona.com will not return the amount or resend any merchandise without having checked the reception and the condition of the packaging and of the accessories of the return. The price to be returned is that originally appearing on the order, with the exception of the transport costs which will not be returned. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, Alpargataspamplona.com will proceed to refund the amount within 20 days.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION – COMPETENT LAW COURTS

These general conditions will be applied and interpreted according to Spanish legislation insofar as anything not expressly established. The parties expressly renounce any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and submit in those cases in which this is legally permitted to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of law of Pamplona in the province of Navarra in order to resolve any matter that may arise in relation to the same.
